The head of the office and several court employees have been detained
According to information from the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), facts of document forgery and fictitious employment relationships were discovered in the Administrative Court of the Osh region.
Law enforcement agencies reported that court employees, seeking to gain unlawful benefits, engaged in the illegal employment of so-called "dead souls." This resulted in significant losses for the state and negatively impacted the reputation of the judicial system, as well as created an unfavorable atmosphere within the team.
The suspects "O.N.O.", "A.u.B.", and "K.u.B." have been placed in custody in the GKNB pre-trial detention center. An investigation is currently ongoing in accordance with Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
