According to information from the GKNB, court employees conspired to commit the crime by entering knowingly false data about the employment of non-existent workers. Thus, they extracted illegal financial benefits.
This scheme resulted in significant damage to the state, undermined trust in the judicial authority, and worsened the moral climate within the judicial collective. In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 (abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Document forgery was revealed during operational-search activities aimed at combating corruption in the region's judicial system.
