According to the agency, the actions of the detained individuals caused significant material damage to the state, undermined the reputation of the judicial system, and created an unfavorable moral and psychological climate within the court's staff.
In accordance with the collected evidence, the investigative department of the GKNB in Osh and the Osh Region initiated a criminal case under the article "Abuse of office." As a result of the investigation, the head of the office and several responsible court staff members were detained and are currently placed in a temporary detention facility.
