In Bishkek, at the request of local residents, an inspection of the private school "Creative Taalim" was organized with the participation of Victoria Mozgacheva, the deputy mayor of the city.
As a result of the inspection, significant violations of safety standards were identified at the school. In particular, there was unrestricted access to the boiler room, which is a high-risk facility, and an open pit was noted. The adjacent area also revealed unsanitary conditions, lack of fencing, and other safety measures, which endanger the health and safety of children, as reported by the city hall.
Additionally, it was noted that the school uses equipment that lacks purification systems for removing harmful emissions when burning solid fuel, which negatively impacts the environment. The management of the institution was recommended to consider the possibility of installing modern equipment for flue gas purification.
Furthermore, the premises on the third floor, where classes are held, do not meet fire and sanitary safety requirements. The school did not provide the previously issued order regarding these issues, which will lead to appeals to the relevant state authorities and the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding the licensing of the educational institution.
As a result of the inspection, the management of "Creative Taalim" was instructed to promptly eliminate the identified deficiencies and ensure the safety of children, including fencing off hazardous areas. If the requirements are not met, measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
