In Bishkek, at the private school 'Creative Taalim', significant violations of safety standards have been discovered, posing a threat to the health and lives of students. These violations became known on January 28, 2026, as a result of an inspection conducted by a working group responding to local residents' complaints. The press service of the Bishkek mayor's office reported this event.
The inspection revealed that there is unrestricted access to the boiler room on the school grounds, which is classified as a high-risk facility. Additionally, an open pit was found without any barriers or warning signs.
“Unsanitary conditions are observed on the premises. There are no barriers or other restrictive measures that could prevent children from accessing dangerous areas. All of this creates a real risk of injury. It was also found that the school uses equipment that lacks emission filtration systems for burning solid fuel. According to the inspectors, such equipment negatively impacts the environment and does not meet modern ecological standards,” the statement said.
Some violations were also identified inside the school building. The rooms on the third floor, where classes are held, do not meet fire and sanitary safety requirements. Moreover, the administration of the educational institution was unable to provide a previously issued order, raising additional questions about compliance with mandatory standards.
As a result of the inspection, the school was tasked with rectifying the identified deficiencies in the shortest possible time and ensuring the safety of the territory and educational premises, including the urgent fencing of hazardous areas. It is emphasized that measures must be taken soon to ensure the complete safety of students.
If these requirements are not met, measures will be taken against the school in accordance with current legislation, including appeals to the relevant state authorities and consideration of compliance with licensing conditions.
