The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) emphasizes that this step contributes to the improvement of social infrastructure, the creation of a more comfortable environment for residents, and the enhancement of the quality of life in the city.
According to the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, social infrastructure facilities that are on the balance of state or privatized institutions cannot be sold, regardless of the size of the state share in their charter capital, if they were transferred free of charge during privatization on the condition of maintaining the existing order of their use.
