The land plot that was privately owned has been returned to state ownership and transferred to the balance of the mayor's office of the city of Osh. The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) emphasizes that this step contributes to the improvement of social infrastructure, the creation of a more comfortable environment for residents, and the enhancement of the quality of life in the city.
It has been established that this plot was illegally transferred to private ownership with a change in its designated purpose, which is a violation of the aforementioned decree.

The GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds that any state and municipal objects that have been illegally transferred to private ownership are subject to return to state ownership.
