The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) has restored the rights of the state to a land plot of 2700 square meters located on the territory of the central stadium in the city of Osh. This plot, which is part of the stadium, was unlawfully transferred to private ownership with a change in its designation.
During the inspection, it was found that this plot belongs to social infrastructure facilities, which, according to the presidential decree dated February 16, 1995, No. 37, cannot be sold by either state or private enterprises. These facilities must retain their functions if they are on the balance sheet of an organization or have been transferred free of charge.
The SCNS noted that the transfer of this land plot into private hands occurred in violation of the specified rules. As a result of the conducted measures, the plot was returned to the state and transferred to the administration of Osh.
The agency emphasized that this decision will contribute to improving conditions for social infrastructure and creating a more comfortable urban environment. The SCNS also reminds that all objects unlawfully removed from state and municipal ownership are subject to return.
