The area of the returned plot is 2,700 square meters and is an integral part of the stadium. This property was previously unlawfully transferred to private ownership with a change in its designation, which constitutes a violation of the law.
The work carried out by the SCNS resulted in the plot with buildings returning to state ownership and being transferred to the balance of the Osh city administration.
The SCNS also reminded that in accordance with the presidential decree dated February 16, 1995, No. 37, concerning "Urgent Measures to Ensure Conditions for the Further Use of Social Infrastructure Facilities," such facilities are not subject to sale by state and privatized institutions, regardless of the state's share in their charter capital, if they are on their balance sheet or were transferred free of charge during privatization with the preservation of the usage order.
