
At the ski base "Kashkulak" in Kyrgyzstan, a series of significant events took place, including two stages of the Central Asia Cup, the National Championship, the Junior Championship, and an international event organized under the auspices of the International Ski Federation (FIS).
Athletes from various countries participated in these competitions, such as Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Armenia. Skiers from Kyrgyzstan demonstrated outstanding results, especially in the "special slalom" category, where they managed to win gold, silver, and bronze medals.
The first place in this discipline was taken by Alexander Korobov, with Roman Narchuganov finishing second, and Timur Shakirov coming in third.
Among women, the winner of the races was the Kazakh athlete Maria Shkabarova, while the second place went to the Uzbek skier Sabina Rezepova, and the bronze medal was won by Dalel Tolkunova from Kazakhstan.
In the final race, Roman Narchuganov again found himself on the highest step of the podium, while Timur Shakirov took second place, and third place went to the representative of Armenia, Ashot Karapetyan.
