During the investigation, it was revealed that in 1999, employees of the Suzak district state administration violated the laws by issuing an unlawful order to transfer a land plot to the agricultural enterprise "A". Based on this order, the enterprise received a state certificate for the right to private ownership, which was done in violation of the legislation.
As a result of the prosecutor's inspection, the violations were rectified, and the plot of 10 hectares, valued at 17 million 831.9 thousand soms, was returned to state ownership.
