On granting consent to accept into municipal ownership of the Balakchy mayor's office a land plot with a total area of 31.0 hectares, located in the Ak-Chiy area
In response to the appeal from the Balakchy mayor's office dated September 11, 2025, No. 01-13/6871, as well as based on the recommendation of the permanent deputy commission on construction, architecture, municipal property, public utilities, industry, and transport, the session of the Balakchy City Council considered the indicated issues.
The session RESOLVES:
To grant consent to accept into municipal ownership of the Balakchy mayor's office a land plot with a total area of 31.0 hectares, located in the southwestern part of the city of Balakchy, in the Ak-Chiy area, contour No. 160, identification code: 2-07-07-0010-1321.
To instruct the municipal property management of the Balakchy mayor's office to prepare the necessary documents for the transfer of this object into municipal ownership and ensure their registration in accordance with current legislation.
Additionally, the mayor's office is required to carry out measures to restore and improve the land and natural resources affected during the relocation of the oil depot of Gazprom Neft Asia in Balakchy, to bring them to a condition suitable for their intended use.
This regulatory legal act, drawn up in the state language, must be sent to the regional justice department for inclusion in the State Register and published in the media.
Control over the execution of the decision is assigned to the permanent deputy commission on construction, architecture, municipal property, public utilities, industry, transport, and entrepreneurship development, as well as to the mayor of the city of Balakchy, B. Zhantaev.
