Now, the State Agency for Management of State Property under the Cabinet of Ministers is to transfer the specified plot to the city hall.
The authorities of Bishkek have received recommendations for the acceptance of this property. They are required to re-register the property rights with the relevant state authority, using local budget funds. The city hall must also ensure the targeted use of the property, and funding for its maintenance and servicing will be provided from the local budget. The alienation of this plot in the future is prohibited.
Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Department of Control over the Execution of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Presidential Administration.
