In accordance with the document, the State Customs Service has been instructed to transfer a land plot of 20 hectares, which is under its perpetual use, to the JSC "State Customs Infrastructure." The transfer is carried out on a temporary (fixed-term) basis free of charge for a period of 49 years.
The plot is located in the Osh region, Alaï district, in the rural area of Pamir-Alaï, village of Nura, contour No. 19 of the Erkeshtam plot.
The purpose of the land includes:
- the implementation of an electronic queue system;
- the arrangement of a waiting area for freight vehicles;
- the development of customs infrastructure at the "Irkeshtam Road" border crossing.
The JSC "State Customs Infrastructure" has received recommendations for the use of the plot in accordance with its intended purpose.
The control over the implementation of the order is entrusted to the management of monitoring the execution of decisions of the president and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
