Every day, the dispatch center "Bishkekgorlift" receives calls 24 hours a day, reporting on people trapped in elevators and malfunctions. All messages are recorded and passed on to the duty crew, which heads to the scene immediately after receiving the information.
Azamat emphasizes: "We strive to evacuate people as quickly as possible and restore the elevator's operation."
Calls often come from different areas of the city, which creates additional difficulties.

Here are some tips in case you find yourself trapped in an elevator:
- Use the "Call" button to inform the dispatcher about the situation;
- Do not attempt to escape on your own, wait for professional help;
- Stay calm: there is no threat to you in the elevator, it is impossible to suffocate;
- Sit down and lean your back against the wall (not the doors).
