The decision to build the road was made considering the upcoming World Nomad Games (WNG) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit. The road will be four lanes and 15.64 km long, with design work being carried out simultaneously with construction.
Currently, work is being done on demolition, design, and earthworks, and there are plans to install an asphalt concrete plant. To ensure the project is completed on time, a contract has been signed with the contracting organization China Road and Bridge Corporation. This project aims to optimize the transport load in the city, organize international events at a high level, and improve road infrastructure.
