Public activist Oktay Erkayım sent an appeal to President Sadyr Japarov and the chairman of the State National Security Committee (GKNB) Kamchybek Tashiev, which she posted on social media.
In her video address, she touched upon the fate of her grandmother, whose guardianship was transferred to the doctors detained in the case of illegal medical conclusions, as well as the financial operations of the guardian concerning property worth about one million dollars.
We remind you that in December 2025, the GKNB detained six employees of the Republican Center for Psychiatry and Narcology.
They were arrested on suspicion of organizing and exploiting a corruption scheme involving forensic psychiatric experts who, for a monetary reward, declared defendants in serious and especially serious articles of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic as insane.
