
Artem Novikov, head of the RKFR, familiarized himself with the operation of the hydropower plant
During its four months of operation, the small hydropower plant 'Ysyk-Ata-2' produced over 14 million kWh of electricity. This information was announced following the visit of Artem Novikov, the head of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, to the station.
The construction of the hydropower plant was carried out with financial support from the fund, and the official opening took place on August 31 of last year, with President Sadyr Japarov in attendance.
As part of the project implementation, the RKFR allocated 409 thousand dollars.
The electricity generated by the station was supplied to consumers in the Ysyk-Ata district and neighboring areas.
