The Ministry of Construction fined a developer in Bishkek 400,000 soms

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a developer was fined 400,000 soms for violating construction standards, as reported by the Ministry of Construction.

During the inspection, it was revealed that significant violations occurred during the construction of a 9-story residential complex at the address: N. Kopernik Street, 26/1, and a 14-story residential building on J. Baatyr Street, 50a.

In particular, there was no unified object passport, and safety requirements were not followed, which constitutes a gross violation of construction norms in the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of the inspection, an act was drawn up, and the developer was issued a directive to rectify the identified deficiencies. Based on this act, the company was fined 400,000 soms.
