Local residents reported that during the leveling of the ground, it was discovered that the foundation of an electric pole, which was on the edge of a cliff, had become weakened. As a result, the pole fell down, temporarily leading to a power outage and loss of internet connection.
Citizens also expressed concerns about the possibility of further collapses.
The city hall noted that the problem was resolved within two hours, and power and internet services were restored.
