
Specialists from the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekteploset" reported that welding work was completed at 00:44, after which the gradual filling of the heating networks began. The accident occurred on a pipe with a diameter of 900 millimeters.

During the elimination of the accident, heating supply in the southern part of the city was temporarily reduced, and the supply of thermal energy was organized according to an alternative scheme. There were no disruptions in heating and hot water supply.
Depending on weather conditions, work will be carried out to improve the green area at the repair site.
The section of the heating network was put into operation in 1974 and 1986. The company noted that the service life requires phased modernization of the engineering infrastructure.
In 2025, the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekteploset" carried out large-scale network upgrades. On Frunze and Kurmanjan Datka Streets, main heating networks were replaced, increasing the pipe diameter from 700 to 900 and 1000 millimeters, pump stations were repaired, 1543 square meters of thermal insulation were restored, 424 units of shut-off valves were replaced, 4551 meters of worn-out networks were updated, and the construction of pump station No. 3 at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Osmonkul Street was completed.
