Janbolotov noted that the contracts necessarily include a clause requiring contractors to rectify identified deficiencies at their own expense.
“We are responsible for the quality of the roads we accept. We have our own laboratory, and each project is monitored by licensed technical supervision. The causes of defects can be diverse, but all of them are addressed. According to new requirements, the warranty period for completed work has been increased from one year to three,” he added.
It is worth noting that in 2026, the construction and reconstruction of 119 kilometers of roads and bridges is planned in Bishkek, of which 19 kilometers will consist of new highways, while the remaining 100 kilometers will be reconstruction projects.
