This season of the program will be unique, as it will involve only women beneficiaries of "FINCA Bank," who are business owners or managers and have credit relationships with the bank. Additionally, women entrepreneurs working in small and medium-sized businesses for at least two years are also eligible to participate. Over the course of seven months, participants will work with mentors to develop and strengthen their enterprises.
Mentors will be experienced entrepreneurs willing to share their knowledge for free and assist participants at all stages of the program. Applications from both mentors and mentees will be accepted until March 2, 2026. Participation in the program does not require financial investments.
As part of this initiative, online and offline training sessions, cross-mentoring sessions, business breakfasts, excursions to large manufacturing enterprises, and monitoring visits are planned. The program will promote the development of skills in business management and finance, as well as the establishment of valuable business contacts.
During the implementation of the program, participants have created over 320 new jobs. In the previous season, 60% of participants were able to enter new markets, 66% increased their income, 86% enhanced their brand recognition, and all noted significant personal growth.
