Director of "Tazalyk" Joldosh Chushtukov reported that as of 2025, the number of subscribers amounted to 1 million 41 thousand, which is 155 thousand more compared to the previous year.
The number of business entities has also increased, rising by 19 thousand 395, while in 2024 their number was 3 thousand 287 less.
According to Chushtukov, three new buildings have not yet been included in the balance of the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk". These residential areas are "Kalyis-Ordo", "Ak-Ordo", and "TEZ-2", which are currently serviced by private companies.
According to the administrative-territorial reform, these residential areas have been annexed to the city.
