People are appealing to the authorities with an urgent request to resolve the water supply issue and organize temporary deliveries until the system is restored.
According to local residents, the water outage occurred on February 16 at around 3:00 PM, and since then, the water supply has not resumed.
Specialists from the Karakol city water utility are already working to fix the issues in order to restore access to water.
As reported by the water utility, "The water supply system was installed in 1955, and at the moment, air has accumulated in the pipes. Our staff checked the manholes and removed air from the system until three o'clock in the morning. In the neighboring area of 'Altyn Kazyq,' water is already being supplied, and we hope to restore the water supply in the 'Kirpichny' microdistrict by evening," they added.
Additionally, clean water is being supplied to residents using a 10-cubic meter water truck.
