The company reminded that according to the rules for the supply and use of natural gas, each subscriber is required to report their meter readings monthly.
Many subscribers forget about this, and some simply do not send data if they are not using gas.It is important to note that readings should be submitted even if there are none.
"Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" explained that if readings are not submitted, then in accordance with the current billing rules, charges are calculated based on average monthly consumption. If data is not received for more than three months, the company may charge based on approved norms, which may lead to the need for recalculation in the future.
To avoid unnecessary problems, it is recommended to submit readings between the 15th and the 30th of each month. There are several convenient ways:
- through the "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" mobile app;
- in the personal account on the website gazprom.kg;
- by calling the contact center at 4444 (calls from mobile phones are free);
- via WhatsApp at 0701 68 07 07;
- through the chat-bot @gazpromkg_bot on Telegram.
