The company reminds that according to the Rules for the Supply and Use of Natural Gas, each subscriber is obliged to provide meter readings on a monthly basis.
Gazprom Kyrgyzstan emphasizes that readings must be submitted even in cases where they remain unchanged.
“If a subscriber is temporarily not residing in their home and is not using gas, they should notify us by submitting the appropriate application through their personal account on the website gazprom.kg or via the mobile application,” the company added.
According to current regulations, if meter readings are not submitted, the gas charge is calculated based on average monthly consumption. If data is not submitted for more than three months, Gazprom Kyrgyzstan has the right to apply normative consumption volumes. This may lead to the need for recalculating payments.
To avoid further issues, subscribers are recommended to submit their readings from the 15th to the 30th of each month. There are several convenient ways to do this:
- through the Gazprom Kyrgyzstan mobile application;
- in the personal account on the website gazprom.kg;
- by calling the contact center at 4444 (calls from mobile are free);
- via WhatsApp at 0701680707;
- using the chat-bot @gazpromkg_bot on Telegram.
