The resident reported: "At the intersection of Suvanberdieva and Belarus streets, the construction company has blocked part of the sidewalk and is also hindering traffic on the road during the unloading of materials. We have no information about the project or the name of the company, as the project passport is not displayed. We request intervention to stop this disorder."
According to the conclusion of the inspection, during the construction of a multi-story residential building at Suvanberdieva St., 33, the work was carried out without an approved project and permitting documents. As a result of the inspection, a notification was issued against OsOO "SK Everest Group," and the company was instructed to submit the necessary documents. A fine of 200,000 soms was also imposed on it, and the materials of the case were sent to the October District Court of Bishkek, where legal proceedings are currently underway," the press service added.
The agency emphasized that the construction company still has not provided the Bishkek State Architecture and Construction Control Department with an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise.
Moreover, without the necessary permitting documentation, the company continued to carry out construction work, including the installation of columns and the creation of a diaphragm measuring 40 × 25 meters, which is a violation of the KR Law "On Urban Planning and Architecture."
