The company OsOO "SK Everest Group" was issued a report following an inspection. It states that the organization must provide the necessary documents to rectify the identified violations. In addition, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on it.
Currently, the construction company has not submitted an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state examination to the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Control.
Despite the lack of permits, "SK Everest Group" continued construction work, including the erection of a diaphragm measuring 40×25 meters and the installation of columns, which is a violation of the law "On Urban Planning and Architecture".
The materials of the case have already been submitted to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, where judicial proceedings are currently underway.
