Measures are being taken in Bishkek against a construction company that carried out construction work without the necessary permits. This was reported by the Ministry of Construction.

According to the agency, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control conducts ongoing monitoring of construction sites throughout Kyrgyzstan.

During an inspection, it was found that while constructing a multi-story residential building at 33 Suvanberdiyev Street, which includes commercial premises and an underground parking lot, the company "SK Everest Group" did not have the required permit documents. As a result, an act was drawn up, according to which the firm is obliged to provide the necessary documents to rectify the violations. In addition, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on it,” the official statement said.

The construction company did not provide the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Control with an agreed project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise.

Despite the lack of necessary permit documents, the company continued to carry out construction and installation work, including the installation of columns and the construction of a diaphragm. These actions are considered a violation of legislation in the field of urban planning and architecture.

The materials of the case have been transferred to the Oktyabrsky District Court.
