Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Major General of Police Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev led the meeting. The head of the Jalal-Abad region's Department of Internal Affairs, Marlis Asanov, and other law enforcement officials also took part.
During the meeting, the victims discussed issues related to the completion of unfinished construction projects using the seized assets of the company and compensation for material damages. In response to these requests, Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev stated that the director of the company is currently in custody, and investigative activities are ongoing.
According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 66 materials have been registered in the Jalal-Abad region regarding the case of LLC "Dastan Kurulush". Of these, criminal cases have been initiated for 41 facts, which have been consolidated into one proceeding and sent for judicial review. The total amount of damages caused exceeds 36 million soms.
At the end of the event, the deputy minister noted that all citizens' appeals would be thoroughly examined, the investigation would be conducted objectively and comprehensively, and the rights of the victims would be protected in accordance with the law.
