The Ministry of Construction fined LLC "SK Everest Group" for violations during the construction of a 16-story building.

- It should be noted that oversight of construction work is carried out by the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control, as indicated by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.

During an inspection at the site of the company OsOO "SK Everest Group," it was found that the project had not been adjusted, and work was being carried out without the necessary permits.

The construction of a 16-story residential building with two levels of underground parking is taking place at the address: Suvanberdieva St., 33 in Bishkek.

As a result of the inspection, an act was drawn up against OsOO "SK Everest Group," and the company was issued a directive requiring it to submit documents to rectify the violations within a specified timeframe. The company was also fined 200,000 soms.

According to the Ministry of Construction, the construction company has not yet submitted an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise to the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Inspection.

“It is important to note that despite the absence of permitting documentation, the company continued to carry out construction and installation work, including the erection of a diaphragm 40 meters long and 25 meters wide, as well as columns. These actions violate the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Urban Planning and Architecture,'” the Ministry reported.

Currently, the materials of the case have been transferred to the October District Court for further proceedings.

According to the data from the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the company OsOO "Construction Company 'Everest Group'" was registered in 2024, and its director and founder is Daniyarbek uulu Ulan.
