During the inspection, various violations related to the construction process were discovered:
- 9-story residential complex at: N. Kopernika St., 26/1,
- 14-story residential building at J. Baatyr St., 50a.
“Violations of construction standards regarding the organization of construction production, as well as the requirements of the Law on Urban Planning and Architecture, were identified at these sites,” the ministry reported.
Additionally, a unified object passport was missing, and safety requirements were not adhered to,” the agency added.
According to information from the Ministry of Construction, an act was drawn up against the contracting organization, and a directive was issued to eliminate the identified violations. A fine of 400,000 soms was also imposed for these violations.

The residential complex "Siren" at J. Baatyr St., 50a is being constructed by the construction company OsOO "Partner R-Group", which acts as both the customer and the contractor. The design is carried out by OsOO "Partner Project".
