In the capital, employees of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control are monitoring the construction process.
During a raid at the construction site of the residential complex "Siren," significant violations of safety regulations were recorded. For example, when accepting concrete, the developer set up a pump on the pedestrian sidewalk, which contradicts the general construction plan. Additionally, the safety zone around the operating machinery was not organized with the necessary temporary barriers, and there were no responsible individuals monitoring pedestrian safety.
At the time of concrete acceptance, there were no representatives of the engineering and technical service at the site, which is also a violation.
As a result of these violations, a written warning was issued to OsOO "Royal Construction," which is carrying out the construction work. Appropriate measures will be taken in response to the identified violations.
