The inspection of the construction of a 12-story residential building located at Fuchik Street, 38 was conducted by employees of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
During the inspection, violations of the norms of SN KR 12-02:2018 "Organization of Construction Production" and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Urban Planning and Architecture" were discovered.
Based on these violations, an act was drawn up against LLC "Premium Home", a notice was issued to rectify the deficiencies, and a protocol was compiled, which resulted in a fine of 200,000 soms.
According to information from the Ministry of Justice, LLC "Premium Home" was established in 2019. The founder and head of the company is Seydaliev Azizbek Sainazarovich.
