At the National Academy of the Kyrgyz Football Union, an intensive four-day seminar dedicated to the implementation of the international standard ISO 9001 has concluded. As part of the preparation for the establishment of a quality management system, training was conducted for 21 heads of various departments within the organization.
The goal of implementing the ISO 9001 standard is to radically optimize internal processes and apply a modern risk-oriented approach to football management. It is expected that the transition to new regulations will significantly enhance operational efficiency and ensure the stability of all administrative procedures.
The completion of the training program included mandatory written testing aimed at assessing the knowledge acquired. Specialists who demonstrated high results will soon receive personal certificates confirming their qualifications in the field of quality management.
