The company OsOO "Central Aizhan Trade Company," which owns the property, has not yet commented on the situation, while TSUM denied any involvement in the construction.
It is worth recalling that the construction work on the territory of the TSUM "Aichurek" fountain complex was deemed non-compliant with the approved projects.
According to the statement, the project being implemented by the developer did not conform to the agreed sketch and was not discussed at the meetings of the urban planning council. The work was carried out with deviations from the established parameters, which constitutes a violation of urban planning regulations.
