In one case, ten days ago, she received a call supposedly from the company "Megacom," and the operator asked her to provide a code for number verification. The deputy immediately suspected that it was a scam and contacted "Megacom" for verification, where she was confirmed that such information should never be disclosed. Mavlyanova emphasized that such cases are not uncommon and urged for more active dissemination of information about fraud among the population so that people remain more vigilant.
