This document is the result of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the OTS and the WHO European Office.
During the signing of the agreement, the main areas of joint work were identified. These include: increasing readiness for health emergencies, developing response mechanisms, implementing digital technologies, training specialists, strengthening institutional capacities, and implementing ecosystem approaches in healthcare facilities.
The plan includes joint actions aimed at improving the healthcare systems of the participating countries, ensuring sanitary and epidemiological safety, preventing and controlling non-communicable diseases, supporting healthy aging policies, and reducing the negative impact of climate factors on public health.
This document serves as a basis for medium-term cooperation and forms a practical platform for the implementation of joint projects with clearly defined and measurable outcomes. The signing confirms the parties' commitment to expanding partnership and improving coordination in the field of public health.
