In a live broadcast of the program "Elge Sobol" by the news agency "Kabar," the head of the Public Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Police Colonel Nurchan Adylova, refuted the information that the parents of the student who attacked the teacher have any connections to law enforcement structures.
She clarified that both parents are civilians.
“Even if the father of this student worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it would not exempt him from responsibility. The law is the same for everyone, and in the case of an offense, those responsible will be punished according to existing legislation. Currently, for hooliganism, fines range from 180,000 to 200,000 soms or imprisonment for a term of 2 to 5 years,” added Nurchan Adylova.
