The dismantling of an illegal food service facility took place in the residential area of "Ak-Orgo," which was located on municipal land. This information was provided by the Bishkek city administration.
Employees of the land use control department of the city administration discovered during inspections that the establishment was operating on Kyk-Kyz Street without the necessary permits.
As a result of the inspection, it was found that cafes and a point of sale for tandoor bread were opened on municipal territory without proper documentation. The owners of the cafes had already received official notifications and multiple warnings demanding that they rectify the violations within the specified time frames.
Due to the failure to comply with the requirements of the authorized bodies, the dismantling was carried out by the Land Use Control Department. As a result of these activities, 200 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.
Representatives of the city administration remind small and medium businesses of the necessity to obtain permitting documents before placing trading objects and constructing on municipal territory.
