As part of unscheduled inspections that took place on February 27 in Bishkek, kindergartens No. 70 and No. 111 were examined. The visit was organized with the participation of Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva.
During the inspection, serious violations in financial and economic activities were identified.
For example, in kindergarten No. 70, a case was recorded of receiving payment for meals into the personal account of one of the employees through mobile transfers. According to the legislation, such funds must be deposited exclusively into the official settlement account of the institution. As a result of the inspection, this employee was dismissed, and the director received a disciplinary sanction for insufficient control and violations in the organization of meals.
In kindergarten No. 111, facts of product theft were discovered. A hidden box with products intended for illegal removal was found, and violations of nutrition norms were identified. All inspection materials will be handed over to law enforcement agencies, and municipal authorities will take action in accordance with current legislation.
It is noted that inspections will continue on a systematic basis to prevent violations of sanitary standards and to ensure legality and transparency in preschool educational institutions in the capital.
