The visit of the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Victoria Mozgacheva, to the municipal enterprise "Bishkek Bakery" was aimed at checking the quality of bakery products supplied daily to the city's kindergartens. This was reported by the press service of the city hall.
During the inspection, Victoria Mozgacheva examined the production areas, paying attention to compliance with sanitary requirements. The Deputy Mayor checked not only the quality of the finished products but also adherence to standards and storage times. Special attention was given to the technological processes at all stages of production.
As a result of the inspection, it was instructed to organize regular quality control of products before their dispatch to educational institutions, as well as to strengthen sanitary and hygienic control at production facilities.
