On February 28, competing in the 76 kg category, she demonstrated clear superiority over her opponents. Starting from the quarterfinals, Aiperi easily defeated Kazakhstani Gulmaral Yerkebayeva with a score of 12:2. In the subsequent matches, she did not allow her opponents to score a single point: in the quarterfinals against Vanessa Georgieva from Bulgaria, she won 10:0, and in the semifinals against Turkish wrestler Elmira Yasin, she finished the bout with a score of 14:0.
The final for Medet kyzy was an opportunity to take revenge on Genesis Reasco Valdez, the reigning world champion from Ecuador. In a tense match, the Kyrgyzstani won with a narrow margin of 5:4, which was a significant victory considering that she lost to this opponent in the decisive match at the 2025 World Championship. Thus, Aiperi confirmed her mastery and added gold to the collection of the Kyrgyzstan national team.
