The commission will conduct a comprehensive quality check of the completed works within 10 days and prepare recommendations regarding the contracting organizations that committed violations.
The city hall noted that strict measures may be applied to unscrupulous contractors, including being blacklisted. The issue of disciplinary responsibility for employees who allowed violations during the control and acceptance of works will also be considered, including the possibility of dismissal.
The heads of the four districts were instructed to promptly eliminate the identified defects after the weather improves.
The deputy mayor stated that in 2026, the city hall will not cooperate with those contracting organizations that did not fulfill their obligations properly in 2025.
The municipality emphasized that the priority remains the development and improvement of road infrastructure. With the onset of warm weather, it is planned to eliminate all identified deficiencies and begin the construction of new roads, as well as the reconstruction of existing ones in the capital.
