Of these reports, temporary protection orders were issued in 325 cases.
The statistics on the issued protection orders show the following distribution by gender and age:
- 307 women, including 6 minors;
- 18 men, including 2 minors.
Under criminal legislation, in 2025, 52 individuals were convicted of domestic violence in accordance with Article 70 of the Code of Offenses. Of these:
- 12 individuals were arrested;
- 34 individuals were assigned to community service;
- 6 individuals were fined.
Additionally, 4 criminal cases were initiated under Articles 136 (part 2), 177 (part 1), and 374 (part 1) of the Criminal Code, which are now under consideration in court.
Throughout the year, two interdepartmental meetings aimed at preventing offenses and crimes, including domestic violence, were held in the state administration of the Alamedin district.
The prosecutor's office also conducted an inspection, which revealed violations of the law, resulting in the preparation of a prosecutorial response act. All identified shortcomings were addressed.
Considering the existing offenses and crimes in society, the prosecutor's office of the Alamedin district conducts constant and thorough monitoring in this area.
