“The situation has worsened during the transfer of medical institutions from the authority of the city hall to the Ministry of Health,” the statement said.
In response to the situation, Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance to promptly present proposals for equipping the hospital with the necessary equipment and to complete the work by April of this year.
