The court has decided to destroy the expired products
A large batch of expired confectionery products was discovered by the State Tax Service at the "Ak-Tilek" goods accounting point. This was reported by the agency's press service.
During the inspection of the truck, it was found that part of the transported goods had not been properly accounted for, while another part had already expired.
The total weight of the discovered products amounted to about 10 tons.
The materials for this case were forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further judicial proceedings.
According to the court's decision, the spoiled confectionery products were destroyed by incineration at the waste processing plant.
