11 tons of expired confectionery products discovered in Kyrgyzstan.

Tax inspectors prevented the distribution of the goods


A truck carrying 11 tons of expired confectionery products was detained in Kyrgyzstan, reported the State Tax Service.

During the inspection of the vehicle, inspectors found 4,179 boxes of candies and other products. According to the accompanying documents, the weight of the cargo was supposed to be 7 tons.

In addition to the spoiled confectionery products, the vehicle also contained undeclared goods, including:

- paints and primers;

- antifreeze additives and accelerators;

- waterproofing materials;

- reinforcement bars.

GNS employees drew up protocols at the place of detention, sealed the truck, and placed it in a penalty parking lot. All collected materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further action.
