From the first months of a child's life, it is essential to regularly engage in gymnastics and massage, which contribute to strengthening muscles, activating blood circulation, and forming correct posture. Parents are advised to carry out these procedures at least every day.
“When the baby begins to move actively, the focus shifts to natural forms of activity: crawling, rolling over, walking, and age-appropriate games. Such activities develop coordination, strength, and endurance, improving overall motor skills. It is also important to choose toys correctly, ensuring they are safe and appropriate for the child's age, eliminating the risk of swallowing small parts or shards, which can pose a serious health hazard,” says Jamiyla Anakeeva.

Additionally, the specialist recommends limiting the time children spend on gadgets to 30-60 minutes a day. Prolonged use of mobile phones, tablets, and computers can lead to addiction and negatively affect mental and physical health. Excessive screen time often leads to irritability, conflicts with parents, reduced communication with loved ones, a sedentary lifestyle, and vitamin D deficiency. Furthermore, it can lead to decreased attention span and memory overload with unnecessary information. Therefore, it is important to establish rules and limitations from an early age:
- limit gadget usage time and monitor content;
- keep an eye on the child's communication and the information they receive;
- encourage active leisure activities, such as outdoor walks and sports;
- set a personal example of a healthy attitude towards technology.
“It is easier to prevent a problem than to try to fix it later. Early prevention and reasonable control by parents help to instill healthy habits, a safe attitude towards gadgets, and emotional well-being in children,” emphasizes the expert.```
