According to the press service of the Supreme Court, serious shortcomings in the work of some courts were identified during working trips to the regions and at the final meetings of local courts. Satiev noted that out of 441 active judges of local courts, 137, or 31%, showed low results in the quality of justice.
As part of the event, the best judges and courts for the reporting period were also determined. Winners in the "Best Judge of the Year" category will receive incentive payments from the Development and Encouragement Fund of the Supreme Court:
- First place - Judge Cholpon Nazirdinova of the Sverdlovsk District Court of Bishkek - 250,000 soms;
- Second place - Chairman Azamat Tilemishov of the Toktogul District Court of Jalal-Abad Region - 200,000 soms;
- Third place - Judge Adylbek Esenbaev of the Bishkek City Court - 150,000 soms.
